Joint Program in Survey Methodology
Many of the Program in Survey and Data Science courses are shared via compressed video technology with The Joint Program in Survey Methodology (JPSM)

JPSM is the nation's oldest and largest program offering graduate training in the principles and practices of survey research. Founded in 1993, it is sponsored by the Federal Interagency Consortium on Statistical Policy and located at the University of Maryland. To date, it has more than 160 graduates working in government agencies, academic settings, and private survey research firms. Its award-winning faculty is drawn from the University of Maryland, the University of Michigan, Westat and other organizations.
 

Summer Graduate Programs at U of M
The University of Michigan's Institute for Social Research offers two summer programs where students may elect courses for credit, or not for credit. The University's Department of Epidemiology also offers a Graduate Summer Program in Epidemiology each summer:

Departments Affiliated with MPSDS
The Michigan Program in Survey Methodology is an interdepartmental graduate program in the Rackham School of Graduate Studies. It brings together courses and faculty from social and statistical science departments from the largest college in the University (the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts), as well as from the School of Public Health, the Ford School of Public Policy, the School of Social Work, the School of Education, and the School of Information.
